Eligibility & Registration

To register a 7no777 account and use the platform's services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 7no777 enforces a strict 21+ age requirement without exception across all services and all regions of Pakistan.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, partnerships, and organisations may not register player accounts.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended 7no777 account. Each individual is permitted one account only.
• You must not be self-excluded from 7no777 or any associated platform at the time of registration.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person when registering or operating the account.

7no777 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing reasons. Registration does not become active until 7no777 confirms account creation via the registered mobile number or email address.

Account Management

Each registered player is issued one 7no777 account. Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials, including their password and any two-factor authentication codes. 7no777 will never ask you for your password via live chat, email, or any other communication channel.

You must notify 7no777 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. 7no777 will take reasonable steps to secure the account upon receiving such notification, including temporarily suspending access while an investigation is conducted.

• Account credentials must not be shared with any third party under any circumstances.
• All activity on your 7no777 account — including wagers placed and transactions made — is deemed authorised by the registered account holder unless a report of unauthorised access has been received and confirmed by 7no777.
• Players are responsible for ensuring that their registered contact details remain accurate and up to date. 7no777 is not liable for failed communications resulting from outdated contact information.
• Players may update their contact details via the account settings panel. Changes to name or date of birth require supporting identity documentation.

Inactive accounts — defined as accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months — may be subject to an inactivity fee or administrative closure at 7no777's discretion. Players will be notified via the registered email address prior to any inactivity closure.

Deposits & Withdrawals

7no777 processes all transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are supported for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Raast, and 1LINK. 7no777 reserves the right to add, modify, or discontinue supported payment methods at any time.

Deposits: The minimum deposit on 7no777 is Rs 100. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited to the player's PKR wallet in real time upon transaction confirmation. Bank transfers may take up to one business day to reflect depending on the originating bank's processing times. 7no777 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests may only be made to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, in accordance with 7no777's anti-money laundering policy. Same-day withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are available for fully KYC-verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals process within 1–3 business days. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.

• Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete and satisfactory to 7no777's compliance team.
• 7no777 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined if the associated account is under investigation for fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.

Bonuses & Promotions

7no777 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, which supplement and are read together with these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

General bonus rules applicable to all 7no777 promotions unless stated otherwise in the specific offer:

• Bonus credits are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are distinct from real-money funds until applicable wagering requirements are satisfied.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified in the promotion. Bonus credits not wagered within the specified period will expire and be removed from the account without notice.
• 7no777 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to it being claimed, and to modify the terms of ongoing promotions with reasonable notice.
• Bonuses are for personal use only. Systematic exploitation of bonus offers through multiple accounts, coordinated wagering, or any other mechanism constitutes abuse and will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account suspension.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports betting, casino gaming, and slot activity on 7no777 is subject to the specific game rules applicable to each product, which are accessible from within each game or betting market on the platform. These general rules apply across all 7no777 gaming products:

• A bet or wager is confirmed only when 7no777's system has accepted and recorded it. A confirmation reference number will be issued at the time of acceptance.
• Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the player except where a specific cash-out feature is available and has been exercised prior to the relevant event concluding.

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during any subsequent verification process.
• Using the 7no777 platform for any money laundering activity or any attempt to disguise the origins of funds.
• Placing wagers using funds obtained through fraud, theft, or any other criminal activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical malfunctions to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors are void and will be reclaimed by 7no777.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players in casino games to obtain an advantage over other players or over the house.

Without limiting the foregoing, 7no777 specifically excludes liability for:

• Any interruption, delay, suspension, or unavailability of the platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond 7no777's reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from a player's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials.
• Any error in a player's wagering selections, including wagers placed on incorrect markets, incorrect selections, or in incorrect amounts.
• Any financial losses arising from a player's gambling activity on the platform. Gambling involves risk of financial loss and players accept this risk fully upon registration.
• Any loss arising from reliance on information provided on the 7no777 platform, including betting odds, game information, or promotional communications, which may be subject to change without notice.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 7no777's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Suspension & Termination

7no777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request by 7no777.
• Account inactivity as defined in Article 2.
• A player's own request to close their account, including self-exclusion requests.
• Receipt of a request from a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or financial institution requiring account restriction.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the associated balance will be held in the account and will not be accessible to the player during the suspension period. Following conclusion of the investigation, any legitimately held real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method if the investigation does not substantiate the grounds for closure.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily should contact the 7no777 support team via live chat. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any pending withdrawal requests submitted prior to account closure will be processed in accordance with normal withdrawal timelines.

Disputes & Complaints

If you have a complaint or dispute relating to your 7no777 account, a transaction, a wager settlement, or any other aspect of the platform's services, you should follow the 7no777 complaints procedure set out below:

• Step 1 — Contact Support: Contact the 7no777 support team via live chat on the platform. Provide your account details, a clear description of the issue, and any supporting information. The support team will attempt to resolve the matter immediately or escalate it to the relevant department.
• Step 2 — Formal Complaint: If your issue is not resolved to your satisfaction at the support level, you may submit a formal written complaint to the 7no777 complaints team. Formal complaints will receive a substantive written response within 10 business days.
• Step 3 — Escalation: If a formal complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction following 7no777's written response, you may escalate the matter through the dispute resolution mechanism available under the terms of 7no777's operating licence.

7no777 will not consider complaints relating to wagers or transactions that occurred more than 90 days prior to the date of the complaint unless exceptional circumstances apply. Players are encouraged to raise issues promptly to ensure that all relevant records are available for review.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction under which 7no777 holds its international gaming operating licence. By registering a 7no777 account, you irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the complaints procedure set out in Article 11.

Nothing in this clause prevents 7no777 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where such relief is necessary to protect 7no777's legitimate interests, including the prevention of fraud, unauthorised use of the platform, or breach of intellectual property rights.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and 7no777 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral.
